Technology

Not a magic button.
A pipeline.

Between "paste a link" and "the bot is answering customers" sit several stages: reading the site, building a knowledge base, shaping personality and rules, keeping backup neural networks and running automated tests. Here's how it works under the hood.

01

Pipeline

From a link to a working bot

STEP 01

We study your site

Atolko reads the pages of your site, your documents (PDF, DOCX) and product catalogs — and handles even complex sites where information loads in gradually.

STEP 02

We store it all in a knowledge base

Everything it reads becomes a knowledge base the bot searches by meaning, not by word match: "something warm for fall" finds jackets, not a page titled "Fall."

STEP 03

We assemble the personality

The role (advisor, salesperson), tone, off-limits topics, contact-capture rules and industry settings come together into a detailed prompt for the bot — automatically, with no manual magic.

STEP 04

We keep backup neural networks

The bot runs on several neural networks at once. If one goes down, the customer never notices: the answer instantly comes from a backup.

STEP 05

We run the automated tests

42 scenarios — from provocations to tricky pricing questions — before any customer sees the bot. After that, the same tests keep watch on a schedule, plus a review of real conversations.

STEP 06

We launch everywhere

A website widget in a single line. Telegram, VK, Viber, MAX, Avito — in a couple of clicks from your dashboard. One knowledge base across every channel.

02

Principles

Why it works

[ 02.A ]

Knows your business

No generic answers — the bot speaks with your prices, your products, your tone. Every figure traces back to your site and documents.

[ 02.B ]

Doesn't make things up

It answers only from your data. If it doesn't know something, it says so honestly and offers a human — it won't invent a price or a payment plan that doesn't exist.

[ 02.C ]

Your data is protected

Compliance with Russia's data-protection law (152-FZ), consent for processing personal data, personal data anonymized before it reaches the neural network, protection against spam and attacks. Servers are located in Russia.
