How does billing work?
Pay-as-you-go, and what you pay for depends on what the bot does. A sales bot is billed per lead: one lead = one captured customer contact. Support and online-booking bots (beauty salons, clinics) are billed per conversation: one conversation = one chat session. The billing type is set when the bot is created; you buy packages of that type and spend them as you go.
Where do I start, and what does it cost?
You can start from 6,250 ₽ (≈ $70): 25 leads (250 ₽ per lead) for a sales bot, or 250 conversations (25 ₽ per conversation) for a support or booking bot. The bigger the package, the cheaper the unit: down to 180 ₽ per lead and 18 ₽ per conversation at higher volumes.
What is included in a package?
Every platform feature: the AI chatbot, lead capture, CRM integration, messengers (Telegram, Avito, VK, Max, Viber), product catalog, knowledge base, and analytics. No separate plans and no add-on fees for functionality.
Do packages expire — is there a time limit?
No. A package you buy never expires: spend the balance whenever it suits you. Packages of the same type add up on one balance.
What happens when a package runs out?
The bot is paused — nothing is charged automatically. To resume, buy a package in your dashboard: the balance is topped up instantly after payment.
How do payments work?
Online payment via online acquiring (YooKassa). Invoices and closing documents are generated in your dashboard. For businesses — payment by invoice.
Can I get a refund for an unused package?
A refund is possible in the cases provided for by Russian law or in the event of a technical error on our side — calculated under the terms of the public offer. Since packages never expire, in most cases it is simpler to just use up the balance.
Do you offer custom terms?
Individual terms are available for large clients. If your volume exceeds the standard grid (more than 1,000 leads or 10,000 conversations per month) — get in touch.
